Five colleagues from the HEMA plant in Qingdao in China visited Germany. Here they were able to expand their skills in welding large components with high precision and their general knowledge in theory and practice.

At HEMA, we value regular exchange between our plants in Europe and Asia. With continuous manufacturing and product training, we ensure consistently high product quality and a uniform appearance at all our production sites worldwide.

In addition, it is of course also about promoting a sense of community among international colleagues beyond language barriers. There is never a shortage of fun. A visit to the farm including a tractor ride was certainly one of the highlights for the guests from the city of 13 million.
