Bellows
Whether as an ELASTIC bellows or as a SAMURAI bellows additionally equipped with stainless steel fins, each bellows is individually manufactured to suit your specific application. Bellows not only protect machines and equipment from contamination, but also serve as access protection or underride guards, for example, on lifting tables. We use high-quality materials in the production of our bellows and regularly conduct rigorous material and product tests, such as operational tests with up to 3 million cycles. The continuous development of our bellows is equally important to us.
Backwall Systems
Backwall systems protect sensitive machine parts from contamination by chips and coolant during the production and milling process. The back panel system is manufactured complete with bellows and spindle bushing and delivered ready for installation in the machine tool. This significantly reduces installation time, eliminating the need for the machine manufacturer to assemble individual bellows and adapt the spindle bushing. Preparation for pneumatic actuation of individual components can also be implemented at the factory.
Roof cover
Machine tools for machining large workpieces are primarily loaded with tools and workpieces from above. If the machining area is not sealed during the manufacturing process, chips and coolant can escape from the machine tool into the production environment, causing contamination. We design our roof covers individually for each machine, whether for initial installation or for retrofitting.
Roller cover
Limited space, maximum protection – roller covers for tight installation spaces. In some applications, there isn't enough room for a bellows cover, while in others, a complete cover isn't necessary. Compact roller covers and link skirts offer effective protection against small amounts of chips and coolant and can be installed on many machines. Depending on the application, we use various textile materials, steel strapping, or link skirts.
Spiral springs
DURASPRING spiral springs from HEMA protect spindles from contaminants that can impair the dynamics of the traversing movements. They are manufactured from high-quality spring steel of extreme hardness, in blued steel, and in stainless steel. DURASPRING springs perform best in oil-lubricated applications. They are suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation and are manufactured according to the installation orientation.
SPINVISTA spin windows
When CNC machine tools are in operation, visibility into the interior is severely restricted by flying chips and splashing coolant. Our SPINVISTA spin windows provide a clear view of the manufacturing process; they rotate at such a high speed that liquids and contaminants are kept away from the glass – ensuring a clear view of the production process.
RotoClamp
RotoClamp is a compact clamping system for rotary applications – specifically for position clamping on axes, tables, and swivel heads of machines. RotoClamp clamping systems are available in an internal clamping version – RotoClamp Inside – and an external clamping version – RotoClamp Outside – for a wide range of applications.
PClamp
The PClamp clamps and brakes rod loads safely and quickly. It can be adapted to standard systems such as pneumatic cylinders from leading manufacturers (e.g., SMC, Festo) or to custom solutions. Rotary clamping is also possible. Thanks to its modular design, the PClamp can be optimally tailored to your requirements.
LinClamp
The LinClamp pneumatic clamping system is suitable for almost all types of linear guide systems for quick and secure clamping (steel linings). For linear applications where emergency braking is a possibility, the LinClamp systems can be equipped with sintered linings.
