HEMA Group Reporting Portal (DE)

The HEMA Group offers all employees the opportunity to make confidential reports and respond to employee concerns regarding compliance. All employees are required to report any reasonable suspicion of inappropriate or illegal behavior.

Who can use the HEMA Group Reporting Portal (DE) ?

All employees of the HEMA Group as well as all other people who have the status of employees, for example temporary workers or contractually bound representatives.

What function does the reporting portal have in relation to compliance?

HEMA Group is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations wherever it operates.

What are the consequences of compliance violations and misconduct?

HEMA Group will take appropriate disciplinary action for violations or other misconduct. In the most serious cases, these may include termination and possible legal action. In addition, in an emergency, she will work side by side with authorities and legal representatives.

What was the reporting portal set up for?

The reporting portal enables HEMA employees to report all legally relevant concerns anonymously. HEMA does not permit retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith actual or suspected misconduct. However, the reporting portal cannot be a substitute for personal integrity and good judgment and cannot provide the appropriate response to every type of situation that may arise.

  • Prevention/reporting of money laundering, terrorist financing and violation of international sanctions regulations
  • Protection of free competition
  • Fair and professional customer service
  • Protection and responsible handling of customer data

Our secure reporting portal will guide you step by step through the reporting process. You will receive further information on what you need to consider when submitting your report and what information is required. After submitting your report you will receive a password/PIN. You need this access data to be able to view the status of your report and for further communication. Your report is anonymous and personal contact details will not be transmitted.

This reporting portal is set up for all employees of the HEMA Group in Germany. All employees at the European locations should use the locally available portals.

Note

According to the Whistleblower Protection Act (German HinSchG), you also have the option of contacting external reporting offices. Please remember that if you make an internal report, your concern can be processed directly and therefore more quickly.
