Our SPINVISTA spin windows - for a clear view
When CNC machine tools are in operation, visibility into the interior is severely restricted by flying chips and splashing coolant. Our SPINVISTA spin windows provide a clear view of the production process: The SPINVISTA rotates at such a high speed that fluids and contaminants are kept away from the window. The result is a clear view of the production process.
We manufacture our SPINVISTA spin windows in Germany in two series, SPINVISTA und SPINVISTA Black Edition in the sizes NEO and EVO.
SPINVISTA and SPINVISTA Black Edition
The SPINVISTA is available in two versions and two sizes each:
- SPINVISTA EVO / SPINVISTA EVO Black Edition with an outer diameter of 253 mm and a viewing area of approx. 284 cm² for original equipment, retrofit or replacement of VISIPORT spin windows.
Both product lines compatible with HEMA mounting frames for VISIPORT - SPINVISTA NEO / SPINVISTA NEO Black Edition: with an outer diameter of 290 mm and a viewing area of approx. 430 cm² for a particularly large viewing area
Durable and variable in mounting and alignment
Our SPINVISTA uses high-quality materials. For the housing surface, we use hard-anodized aluminum, which is particularly resistant to abrasion and has excellent thermal conductivity.

Flexible connection position - three positions selectable, optional sealing air connection, ideal when replacing VISIPORT, existing connections can be used
Which coolants is SPINVISTA suitable for?
The SPINVISTA offers the best view of the manufacturing process in systems in which water-based coolants or thin-bodied mineral oils are used. On request, you can find out which oils the turning window is suitable for. In environments with oil-based coolants, we also recommend using a disc with a special coating.

The functional principle
Spinning windows utilize centrifugal force: it moves dirt and liquids away from the center of the window and allows a clear view into the interior of the machine.
