Two students from our dual study program recently experienced this firsthand at our facility. Although their program already combines university theory with corporate practice, the practical component usually takes place in an office setting. On the production floor, however, they were able to see with their own eyes how our products are made and appreciate the sheer number of steps and the level of expertise involved in every detail.

It was a valuable experience for our two young colleagues. "You develop a completely new and much better understanding of the products when you witness the manufacturing process yourself," they concluded. "Seeing plans turn into real products—and observing the precision required at every stage—often teaches you more than any lecture."
