Made from high-quality, cold-formed sheet steel with a material thickness of 1.5 to 3 mm, HEMA's telescopic steel covers provide effective protection against contamination. Structural measures and integrated scraper systems also provide extensive protection against the ingress of liquids such as cooling lubricants.

HEMA's telescopic steel covers are available in practically every design, size and for all installation methods. The range includes the standard rectangular design, sloped and roof shapes. HEMA can produce dimensions with widths of up to five meters and extension lengths of over 15 meters. Depending on the size and weight of the covers, HEMA also offers functional parts and reinforcements. This means that individually fitting covers can be designed with the appropriate slideway solution.
