HEMA celebrated the 30th anniversary of its site in Arad, Romania, with a day of celebration. It is a special anniversary, because the small town in the far west of Romania was our first production site abroad in 1994. We celebrated this anniversary appropriately: many guests from HEMA's other international sites celebrated with our colleagues on site.

In addition to the factory tour, the program also included a tour of the area around Arad, which is located on one of the most famous vineyards in Eastern Europe. The evening celebration was the crowning conclusion, at which many long-standing employees were honored. They have played a key role in HEMA Romania's success story, which certainly has many more years ahead of it!
