Information on the handling of your data and rights in accordance with Articles 13, 14 and 16-21 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): We hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data by us and the rights you are entitled to under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), any relevant state laws and other data protection regulations.
Which personal data are processed, for what purposes and on what legal basis is the processing conducted?
The categories of personal data processed include gender, first name, last name, name suffixes, date of birth, nationality, contact details (such as home address, (mobile) telephone number, email address), the log data generated when using the IT systems and other Data from applicant management (e.g. CV, training data, severely disabled data, skills and competencies). The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 88 Paragraph 1 GDPR in conjunction with the collection, processing and use is conducted in accordance with Section 26 Paragraph 1 of the Federal Data Protection Act and Section 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b. The provision of your personal data is necessary to process the application process and decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. On the other hand, we only process personal data to the extent that it was collected lawfully.
Duration of storage of personal data
We save your application documents for the duration of the application process and keep them for 3 months to be able to answer any questions. After this time, the documents will be deleted. If sent by post, the documents will be returned or destroyed after 3 months. The retention period depends on the possibility of filing a lawsuit in accordance with Section 15 AGG and the associated objection periods.
