Clear view of the manufacturing process - SPINVISTA rotating window from HEMA

When machine tools are in operation, the view of the interior is often severely restricted due to chips and splashing cooling lubricant. HEMA has developed the SPINVISTA rotating window so that machine operators still have an unhindered view of the work area. Interested trade visitors can find out more about the solution at the world's leading trade fair for production technology, EMO, in Hanover.

The SPINVISTA rotating window from HEMA uses a rotation mechanism to remove dirt from machine protective windows. The result: Even if chips fly and cooling lubricant splashes, machine operators have an unobstructed view of the working area of machine tools. The machine and equipment protection specialist makes use of centrifugal force.

The rotating window is placed on the inside of the machine protection window and rotates at such a speed that dirt is thrown away. Its light weight, easy assembly and modular design reduce the costs of using the vision system.

HEMA will present the SPINVISTA rotating window at EMO show from September 18th to 23rd in Hall 7, booth A52.
