It's almost that time again: HEMA will be presenting itself as an industrial partner for machine protection at the EMO trade fair in Hanover from September 22 to 26, 2025. Visitors to our booth can experience the versatility of our safety systems, whose application spectrum extends across virtually the entire machine tool spectrum:

• Bellows are the classic among machine protection systems. They can also be found in new production applications, such as 3D printing. We demonstrate what the protection system can do – even at high temperatures or high travel speeds.
• One of the highlights at the booth: our SPINVISTA rotating windows. Our rotating windows simplify setup processes and troubleshooting by providing a clear view of the machine's interior – even during ongoing machining. SPINVISTA are suitable for initial installation, retrofitting, and replacing VISIPORT rotating windows.
• HEMA machine safety windows are made from a composite of safety glass and polycarbonate and, thanks to their high retention capacity, ensure that flying objects do not pose a danger to the operator - and can be equipped with SPINVISTA rotating windows ex works.
• We offer pneumatic clamping systems for all load guidance systems – RotoClamp for rotary applications, LinClamp for linear guides, and PClamp for bar loads. At EMO, we'll be showcasing what they can achieve thanks to pneumatics: high clamping forces and, in the event of a pneumatic failure, immediate, secure hold thanks to the fail-safe function.
